COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Ensuring Your Health & Safety
The safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance to us. We’ve put together a list of COVID-19 safety measures and protocols that we will be following.
In addition to their normal first aid kits and supplies, our walkers are also equipped with hand sanitizer, gloves, and face coverings to ensure safety for themselves and others.
Hand Washing / Sanitizing
Our walkers will be washing/sanitizing their hands with before and after each visit.
Masks / Face Coverings
All of our walkers will be wearing face coverings when inside your home and in the off chance of when coming into close proximity of other people during the walks.
Not Feeling Well / Sick
Our team members will not enter any home if anyone inside is sick, exhibiting symptoms of COVID, or have been exposed to COVID. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can cancel the visit.
If anyone on our team is not feeling well or exhibiting symptoms of COVID, they will be required to stay home.
Contactless Visits
We understand that many clients are working remotely at this time. If you are in your home during a visit, we ask that you isolate in another area or room of the house to avoid contact with our walkers.
Physical Distancing
Our team will be practicing physical distancing during their visits outside of the home. This means they will be avoiding other people during their walks or practice social distancing if other people are unavoidable
Meet & Greets
Currently, Meet & Greets will only be conducted with our manager, Mike. . We want to minimize contact by limiting the amount of people in your home. Employees will have the chance to meet your dog during initial training sessions with Mike
We will continue to follow safety guidelines from local, state, and public health officials and will update our guidelines accordingly.
